2. Matching round tables and chairs.
3. Six serving tables.
4. Custom built bride and groom table.
5. Bride suite with private bathroom.
6. Grooms changing room.
7. Kitchen.
8. Barn decor and tons of lighting.
9. Use of grounds for engagement photos.
10. 11 hours day of wedding for ceremony and reception.
11. 2 hour rehearsal prior to wedding day.
12. Your choice of multiple wedding sites for the ceremony. 

Other events such as parties/dances/banquets/etc. are priced per event. Price is determined by the number of hours needed and the number of guests. Call for a price quote.
